All Juice Capital offers a premium subscription plan ("Pro Plan") with enhanced features and higher usage limits. All algorithms provided through the "Free", "Pro Plan", and "Pro Max" plans are designed for research purposes only. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of these algorithms for any purpose, and you use them at your own risk. All Juice Capital shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the use of these algorithms, including but not limited to errors, inaccuracies, or unintended outcomes.
The Pro Plan is non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. By subscribing to the Pro Plan, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees. All payments are processed securely through the Ethereum blockchain, which enables transparent and verifiable transactions. Due to the nature of blockchain processing, cancellations during the active subscription period are not possible once payment has been submitted. The Pro Plan does not auto-renew; users must manually renew their subscription each month to continue access.
All Juice Capital utilizes the Ethereum blockchain to support certain aspects of our platform infrastructure and data integrity. This integration enhances transparency and security, but may also involve network-related costs or delays beyond our control.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your account, including ensuring the accuracy and security of your account credentials. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Any code, scripts, algorithms, or software provided through the Services, including but not limited to APIs, widgets, or integrations, is offered on an "as is" basis without any warranty. We do not guarantee that such code will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with your systems. You assume all risks associated with the use of any code or software provided by us, including but not limited to errors, bugs, or system failures. We reserve the right to pursue legal action, including civil or criminal proceedings, against individuals or entities that engage in prohibited activities or otherwise violate these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected unlawful activity, or non-payment of subscription fees. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately, and we may delete your account data without liability.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL JUICE CAPITAL, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE ONE (1) MONTH PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
